Due to continued growth, we have consistent installation work available for experienced subcontract installers and established 2-person crews . WHAT WE OFFER • Consistent year-round installation pipeline • Attractive per-install rates • Weekly payments • Organised scheduling (no chasing jobs) • Quality, pre-prepared products • Strong workflow support from our operations team THE ROLE You will be responsible for the installation, servicing and maintenance of indoor and outdoor blinds, including: • Check measuring and site verification • Installation of outdoor blinds and zip screen systems • Installation of indoor blinds and shutters • Programming and testing motorised products • Troubleshooting and servicing products when required • Customer sign-off and completion of works • Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and customer service WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are open to experienced installers from a variety of trades, including: • Blinds and awnings • Roller shutters • Security screens • Cabinet making • Carpentry • Shopfitting • Glazing and window installation • General construction trades To be successful you will need: • Your own vehicle and tools • An offsider or ability to work within a two-person installation team • Strong practical trade skills • Ability to read and follow installation instructions • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Reliability, professionalism and attention to detail • National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one) No Blinds Experience?
